[23/11/2015]: We can now successfully run original 3DS cart games from other regions without turning to piracy and ROMs and we also have the tools and ability to add translation patches to games thank to Smealum using HANS from The Homebrew Launcher project.

loading original Japanese 「NEWラブプラス」 3DS game cart on a US_2DS with THE HOMEBREW LAUNCHER

original 「NEWラブプラス+」 cart running on a US_2DS (NTSC-U/C) / SEA GREEN with THE HOMEBREW LAUNCHER

「ラブプラス+」 running on a DS LITE, 「NEWラブプラス」 running on a US_2DS / SEA GREEN and 「NEWラブプラス+」 running on a EUR_3DSXL with region free access provided by REGIONTHREE OR THE HOMEBREW LAUNCHER.
